Scope and freshness

• Snapshot date: 2026-09-27 UTC. Metadata presence is not a claim of service health or completed integration.
• Source methods: supplied chapter file; installed harness version and live collaboration metadata; integration source-code inspection; wiki tenant configuration and directory metadata; nginx routing inspection; read-only loopback service health.
• Access rule: source code is read-only, protected corpus is not inspected, private companion metadata is not private content. The application must separately enforce identity and source admission.

Full fleet metadata inventory

• Observed before OmpOS registration: 60 base tenant identities, 29 sibling private companions and three nested SiteKits private companions; 92 publication slots, not 92 projects.
• Admitted public tenant metadata: 56 identities before OmpOS; 57 with OmpOS registered. Confirmed by the 2026-09-27 live census: tenants 61, admitted 57, exclusions 4, private companions 32.
• Explicitly excluded: buzz, wpqp, wrdp and triv. The WRDP, quiz and Atlas-related fences take priority over discovery. Buzz configuration target was not established; it is not inferred from a broken or inaccessible link.
• Private companions: 32, excluded from public content retrieval unless a separate project/user authorization is established.
• The requested figure 51 is not the current observed metadata count: there are nine more base tenant entries. No dated 51-entry baseline was supplied, so attributing all nine to particular historical additions would be speculation. OmpOS registration will add one further tenant.
• Configured slots are not automatically healthy sites. Live index retrieval must record status for every admitted member, including inaccessible or malformed indexes.
• quartz.loca.zone is a separate sandbox, not another fleet tenant; the documentation tenant is wiki.quartz.loca.zone.
